Hey there everyone, welcome once again to season 4 of JLyric's survivor. Before the game begins I thought it'd be nice to generate some conversation between us.
Who is everyone's favourite survivor this season?
I'll start. Mine is Krisitina. I like how she's a middle-aged woman, but still sassy and kick ass. I think she would've been better off if she hadn't had tried to make such a big move with getting Rob voted off so soon with the numbers stacked against her. I hope she beats Matt at Redemption.

I'm actually rooting for Matt this season. I like how he's so genuinely nice and voices his opinion about what he believes in. I thought it sucked that he was voted out because Rob is having a complex this season, it's called paranoia, and it would make my day to see Matt slaughter him if he comes back from Redemption OR if Rob goes to Redemption and has to face Matt and lose to him.

Seems like everyone is rooting for Ometepe  I do love Rob and Natalie! And I do like the 6 people on Zapatera! Very successful season so far  |

I'm not sure who I'm rooting for to win just yet. I like Steve a lot, and David's pretty cool, and I really like Natalie, but Rob is a boring egomaniac and I hope he goes soon!

Right now I wouldn't mind anyone except Krista winning on zapatera and no one on Ometepe win except Rob and Matt.

I agree that Rob is an egomaniac and I'm not pleased with how the "little girls" and Grant are following him blindly, I don't get what makes them think he's so valuable to have around. He must be incredibly charming.
I'm not sure why so many of you seem to like Natalie. She hasn't had any stand out moments yet she just seems really young and cutesy so far. Nothing memorable. I guess time will tell if she's actually a contender.

I think Kristina is a kick ass girl , she is super smart and she deserves to make it far in this game . At least i am hoping she makes it to the jury. She is my favorite person from this game
Now moving on into the zapatera tribe, i think Stephenie is someone interesting to watch , she is really feisty . I found Ralph funny , he is a cool dude and so is Mike but i still need to see more from him because he hasn't do anything at all . Sarita , Krista and Julie in my opinion are girls that i would love to watch and fallow because they look interesting , but at this point they havent do anything either , they have to step it up and show what they have .
Well obviously i was hoping to see how Russell was going to play this game , i know a lot of you hate him but in my opinion he is a great player and i respect him for that.
Well now moving on the Ometepe tribe , i'm gonna have to disagree with a lot of you . I don't like that tribe at all . The majority of them suck . I think Matt is a fighter but right now i am rooting for kristina because it think she has more personality than he has . Francesca , the first person eliminated from the game was cool too and its sux that she is not in the game anymore . Besides that i think the rest of the cast from that tribe is a mess and bunches of followers , they dont stand up for them self , they just fallow Boston Rob in everything . Even Andrea , a mean after Rob blindsided Matt she is still with him , its pathetic . Natalie is actually one of the weakest person from the show , she is someone i hate to watch . Philip is annoying , he better goes this week because he is wow irritating . Boston Rob is not a bad person, he is just playing the game and yes he is annoying too but he is still in the game so i think its more annoying to see how his puppies fallow him on everything .

I definately agree with you on that , without them we would have found out more of the rest of the cast , but right now its like the boston Rob show , and its not fair to the others . |

I disagree with this statement. Not only has the air-time been pretty evenly divided compared to a lot of other seasons but the appeareance of both Russell and Rob added a whole new level to the game. A lot of the storylines would not have happened had it not been because they brought them back [for example Khristina trying a move from the begging or the amazing division in Zapatera.] I hated the concept at the begining but I really enjoy it now. As for my favourite, it was Francesca but now with her gone I like Andrea the most, even though she hasn't done a lot yet I find her character intriguing and I def see a good storyline in development. However, I have to admitt I like the whole cast as a whole. I can't think of anyone I dislike right now. |

The cast isn't bad, but it isn't amazing either. I think that had Rob and Russell not been here, Kristina definitely would have taken a lot more control in her tribe, but she had to deal with the hand she was dealt. I think they made a huge mistake in voting her out for 1 reason: she was WAY better at challenges than Phillip. Sure a tight alliance is great to have, but it doesn't really make much of a difference if you have to vote them all out.
As for as Zapatera goes, I'm hoping that David will be as awesome as I want him to be and I honestly think that Ralph will go far in this game. I think that if Zapatera somehow loses, Stephanie is on the chopping block moreso than ...the blonde girl... b/c of how vocal she is, though it would be cool (even though I don't like them) to see them work something out.

I think that if Matt goes the whole way on redemption island, Andrea and him will team up with Zapatera, get their revenge on Boston Rob and his alliance and then maybe battle out the rest of it?
That sounds logical to me, but who knows! Stephanie and Krista seem doomed though, thats for sure!
